How many SunBuzz drinks should I have?

What’s the difference between hemp-derived and cannabis-derived THC?

Both come from the cannabis sativa plant. The only difference is legal:

  • Hemp has ≤ 0.3% Delta-9 THC (federally legal).

  • Cannabis has more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC (federally illegal).
    Either way, Delta-9 THC is the same compound—whether from hemp or traditional cannabis.
