Shipping Method

All SunBuzz orders are shipped exclusively via UPS Ground.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery via UPS Ground generally takes 2–7 business days depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a UPS tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor delivery status.

Shipping Limitations

We do not ship to locations where SunBuzz products are restricted or prohibited by law. Orders placed to restricted jurisdictions may be canceled and refunded.

Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to UPS, risk of loss and ownership pass to the customer. SunBuzz is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once in carrier possession.
